Can't receive confirmation code to my Russian number. Earlier all was ok.

They literally stole my money. I had around 50€ on my account, and they debited them as "inactivity fee" without any notification. P.s. they don't respond to emails. I've sent around 15 letters within a month and they haven't replied at all.
