The app is really helpful in Tracking the bus. It also provide super saver passes. It would be better if we get the contact Id of the captain at the moment shown in journey.

Will take over your phone. If there's an ad for another app. This app will still pop up. Not sure what that means. But not trusting it anymore.

It's easy to use, but you can't leave the page to do something else, then come back because you have to start the process over again.

Became very evident with 2nd ride for my son to and from college that drivers were intentionally disabling GPS to avoid be tracked as off schedule. I chalked it up as a glitch the 1st occurrence, when ride was marked complete an hour before my son arrived. 2nd ride bus was 30 min late for pick up and again, GPS disabled mid trip. Called customer service and was told it was an " accident". Schedules change which is understandable, but when college kids are traveling, safety first.
