Very Bad,experience, they don't send items ordered, their app shows items are delivered, but the items are not received by the customer...they keep sending false messages, saying an agent will get in touch shortly and resolve the issue, but nothing happens...They probably make a one second WhatsApp call and tell the customer, their support team tried calling but the customer was not reachable... Baseless response.

Pathetic customer support. If your order somehow not delivered then it is impossible to get your refund. They do not have direct number, only chat support via WhatsApp. I have an issue with the delivery and they never call back and you have to repeat the process which is endless. They are not going to give my money back. Finally, my money is gone and I cannot do anything.
