When the various components work, the app is very good. However, I find it unreliable. Whoever the tech support is behind this app does a very poor job. The app does not always function due to technical glitches.

I have reservations. While the new layout is awesome, especially when it shows you your full account number, cd maturity dates, interest rates, etc, my wallet was stolen 5/20 and I went to the app to turn off my three debit cards and it was no longer an option. The only thing that showed was card swap, whatever that is. I had to call and talk to an after hour rep while holding for a substantial amount of time to get thru and someone could have placed online orders, ATM withdrawal, anything.
