I intend to purchase as many plugins as I can; however, the complimentary workouts and instruction segments are comprehensive in themselves. I've been boxing for a year. I'm 42, pretty fit, and work out regularly. I first dl-ed this app to supplement my private boxing classes. I was really happy with the UX and the interface. The app is thoughtfully made and has a premium interface. I use it 4x/week. I had an issue with a service charge, but John from their customer service was phenomenal at making sure things were right and was a great contact to help resolve any issues that come up. Quick response. Gr8 results. Honestly a good app.
