The service they say they offer seems really great but it comes w a catch! They make it impossible to actually make payments! & then CONVENIENTLY leave no ways to communicate or get a hold of customer service (EXCEPT MY SNAIL MAIL ONLY, unless you go SEARCHING through other means to try & get a hold of a cs number or ANYTHING - Which even when I did that, the agent gave me bad info, or it just didn't work) So yeah, expect for them to make it so that u can't ACTUALLY MAKE payments, & horrible cs!

It doesn't work. I had to re-install the app and trying to login it asks to verify my account via either a phone number or email address. Unfortunately, the app doesn't recognize either one reporting each as invalid. Seems like it's reading the displayed text which is incomplete instead of some securely stored value. Doesn't instill within me the sense of a properly engineered application for something as important as a credit card.
