Frustrating process. Shouldn't have to call onstar and talk to an advisor in order to sign up. Having to read aloud credit card info, address information, email, etc is a hassle over the phone and leaves a lot of room for human error and telephone connectivity issues. Why can't I simply sign up online? Lost a subscriber and im sure countless others because of this inconvenience.

It doesn't always track everyone. The last tracking for one family member is February. I've singed out, in and uninstalled and reinstalled, and still isn't working correctly. I'm editing to say this app hasn't gotten better. Editing 11/24/24... This app still doesn't work. I don't think the makers care at all because if they did, I can't imagine this app would still have the same issues. The entire point is to track family since personally we can reach via onstar in the vehicle for any issues.
