Unclear UI, you might accidentally more than you intend. There are options to pick set amounts to gift. However, there is also a custom option that is added on top of the set amount. You cannot create your own custom amount. This is very unclear, and getting to the payment screen, I was alarmed why my total was suddenly so high. They also did a bait and switch with the promise of giving you $15 when you download the app, but they actually require you to spend $25 first.

Extremely poor customer service. All of my cards are being declined. My bank tells me it is not on their side, but with Goody. They do not seem to have a customer service line I can call. Their support text message line only directs me to email them, and is entirely useless. This is unacceptable and unprofessional service.
