Terrible apps! Can you imagine my funds not being returned to me? The customer service of Ooredoo said I could contact PayPal through email, but again and again it doesn’t fix my problem with their apps.

Very poor app and very poor support. Unable to upload my renewed ID since last 2 months as the app has a bug. My money is stuck in the app as I cannot transact. Written emails to App support at Ooredoo but they have no solution.
