I would like the app more if it was actually useful for ordering ahead. I've lost track of how many times I've ordered online to save time and have had to wait 30 minutes or more for my order to be ready. Plus, I never use my points since none of the options are any of the items I actually like.

Tab out and it completely dumps your cart? There are too many usability issues here to list. What a disaster. I really wish it would give you an accurate estimate of readiness, I'm pretty sure it doesn't even start the order until you arrive, wasting everyone's time. Either that or the estimate is sometimes off by 40 minutes. I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait 45 minutes. Get it together.

Actually the App is more 3*, still clunky, but tolerable. Unfortunately, the food and the general Burgerville experience has gone way down. Not sure what happened since covid, but it has basically made them into a standard fast food experience. We haven't been to McDonald's or Burger King in over 10 years, and that's what it feels like now. So if we're standing next to one at some point in the future and we decide to give it a try we'll see how it goes. But no reason to keep the app on the phone

So the prices are now outrageous. l love the food. I went to order in the drive through but the total was $92. I realized I could get the same thing in a bundle for $76 plus tax without thebdrinks. When I tried to cancel my order and get the same thing on the app for less instead of using my Google app wouldn't work so I ended up paying full price anyway. Service was great prices are terrible.

Update: uninstalled, just randomly opens and says it's tracking my location. Update: tried again on new day, my order failed to come through the system, so waited twice as long. Forced app migration. Even more intrusive than before. Forces constant location access. Why can't I just pick my restaurant? New app even buggy for employees inside store. I don't need someone knowing I just pulled up, just make my food when I order.

I used to love the old Burgerville app. With this new app you can't even pay at the drive through. We have to scan every receipt, which means you also can't get discounts on things you order at the drive through. You can't apply multiple free items, or discounts per order. Garbage.

This update is much more complicated and harder to use than the old very simple app. The only changes I can see are that they've made the menu much more confusing to navigate and added a couple instances where it tries to get you to add more food to your order when you're trying to check out.

There were several times when I went to use the old app, that the server would be down and I'd be unable to collect or redeem points. I was excited about the updated app, but they left off the ability to attach a debit/credit card so we're able to pay with the app. Huge downside, in my opinion. We really loved being able to scan and go for rewards, as well as payment.
