Horrible Experience... Address system is inaccurate. While booking the ride location was different, and driver stopped at different location saying that this is what app had shown to him. I have to pay extra after that. Raised the complaint, app says refund voucher issued, but no way to check where that voucher is.. very bad customer service as well

Horrible experience with the app. Booking price is always lesser than the final price after reaching destination. The app's adress system is inaccurate, I booked an auto and the price listed was 201₹, but driver took long route and after reaching the destination the final amount was 250₹, eventually I ended up paying extra. No any customer service options available. Better avoid using the app.
