Handy to be able to talk with your provider through the app, I did have issues with it loading. Then I had trouble finding how to reset the password as my email account showed as not found. Which was strange since that was the email address that had notifications for the app and when I had messages. I did find a work around by creating a new account with all the same info. So if you're not able to reset the password or see messages just start a new account!

Cannot retrieve messages 😤 This app is useless. The main message page just flashes in grey round and horizontal line shapes and never loads. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but that didn't work at all. I've tried turning VPN on and off, as well as access the app through mobile data and wifi, but nothing works. I'm going to tell my doctor they should go with another app.
