You can’t reset your username or password within the app, forcing you to visit the administration for a physical reset every time you change your phone. If this is for security, it's a poor excuse, as modern apps provide secure digital authentication without such hassle. This outdated approach wastes time and causes unnecessary inconvenience. The app urgently needs an overhaul to provide a seamless and secure user experience. |
