App was working fine on my last device. However, I have purchased a new phone and couldn't able to register my biometric on a new device. It keeps taking pictures but doesn't proceed. There seems to be a compatibility issue of the App with the latest Android OS as I have again successfully registered my biometric on my old device. I have launched an official complaint through call centre, but the complaint is now marked closed without providing any resolution, and my issue remains unaddressed.

worst app ever, couldn't recognise my fingerprints. the pop up of try again has popped like 12 to 13 times and still it's showing the "try again". I have also tried it woth different angles and lighting, still it won't work.
