| 2023-12-12 |  | | I rarely reviewing in Google, I felt compelled to write twice about OCBC. Unlike other banks, their app complicates things. Getting a QR code for business is a hassle, need a separate app, apply, and wait a week. Post-approval, you can't just get a static QR code; you must input an amount and it's only valid for 15 min. I just need a permanent QR for customer payments in my shop. It's unclear if it's user error or the app's design, but my experience with OCBC's app has been frustratingly complex |

When I asked about the charge, they said it is in their terms and conditions. I don't find anything saying that you will charge me RM 10 even though it is not half year. Just avoid this bank at all cost. They suck your money in any way they can. |

It only shows up to keying in mobile phone number and nothing else after that without NEXT or SUBMIT button for me to proceed further resulting to failure to register for OCBC OneCollect service. I tried using other phone model such as YES Altitude phone and I face the same problem. PLEASE SOLVE THIS APP DEFECT QUICKLY. |
