A lot of connection issues with the vaccum. No sign for the support to help..

Fundamentally broken app. My phone prefers 5GHz WiFi. My router doesn't have controls to disable 5GHz or turn off SSID broadcast for 5GHz. The robot only does 2.4GHz. The app should allow me to configure the 2.4GHz robot link while my phone is connected to 5GHz but it does not allow that.
