| 2024-10-01 |  | | Horrible, since Katrina doesn't work there, totally going to switch banks. There's always an issue with the ATM. I hate that I don't get my mobil deposit until the next business day after about 3:30, so sucks if it's a weekend....waiting until 3:30 on Monday. Also, living out of town, it's not like I go every day. Plus, there's only like one cool teller left that actually knows my name & is nice! The rest are just always awkward! Some people just need better people skills! And like SMILE 😃 |

| 2023-06-09 |  | | Since I no longer live in Pierre and work at night the mobile app is the primary contact work OFCU. The staff is always helpful when I do call during regular hours, but the mobile app is a time/life saver! |
