The online banking on both the app and website have a somewhat high downtime rate, especially given that probably many of their customers like myself entirely do business with them online. Usually it is a generic message that their service is down and a few times my password had to be reset to login without a notification as to why. |

Have not had any issues with it since, and I like the simple and intuitive design. Haven't had a problem with this app until last week, where it keeps shutting down. It starts to open and then does nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. @Northpointe, please look into this! |
