Pathetic service. Would never recommend anyone to use this app. Vehicle delivery was delayed by 3 days. There are no updates on the status of the service once the vehicle is picked up. They keep calling us continuously to book a service, but once the booking is done and the vehicle is picked up, there are no updates on the status of service. None of their representatives pick calls. No improvement in vehicle even after paying extra for purchase of new spare parts and repair work.

Really bad service experience. Poor communication, suggestion of unwanted parts replacement, no notification of what work is being done on your vehicle, not letting you know in case they will extend the service time.its a horrible app, will probably cost you twice or thrice the amount that shows on the app. Please go to a service centre or any other option.
