I placed two orders with SharafDG, but a few hours later... they were canceled without any explanation. After spending the entire day dealing with their support team, I found out that the orders were canceled due to a pricing error. Now, I have to wait 10 working days to get my money back. This feels like a scam.

I have a very bad experience with this app.. this app is misleading the information. I ordered on this app (which i regret), and I paid more for early delivery. Waited all day long, stuck at home, and after a long wait, when I follow-up, they say the delivery will be the next day. It was very frustrating. The chat support is no help at all. They simply says "we try to provide the best service to our customer" but in actual no help at all. I suggest going to store instead of using this app.
