Since last update it lost Bluetooth connectivity. Also the microphone stops working when the screen goes black

Their mustang and elephant deals are Voip and wifi calling. So if you are calling a number that has a DTMF based menu, it won't work. I wish they have specified this even in just in the fine print of each deal. They also claim 24/7 in app customer support via their chat which is not true. Good luck getting a reply in that channel.
