My QX80 is 2020 but it doesn't ha e the in touch features. That's strange. It's only 4 years old

Beyond a joke!! Says you get 2 remote starts and they run 10 minutes only. Then you have to use remote starter on the infiniti key faub. Well THAT doesnt work wither. So say you did remote start your car. Then several hours, when it gets to be -25 and by several hours i mean 6 1/2, you try and start it again, all you get is failed to start. I can hear it locking but it didnt start. And not that long ago at work it said it started, timer was even counting down, nothing. Car didn't start.
