2024-10-29	Kevin Gebhard	Wish I Could give 0 stars. Not sure about the app, but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I went on their website to check if my computer would work for the test and it checked out ok, but then on test day it didn't work as an unsupported device. Bummer, but what was really inexcusable is that they still charged me for the test! Called the manager to see if I could a refund but didn't get a call back, so I called again, only to not get contacted again. Called a 3rd time only to be denied!
2024-08-27	Benjamin Reinhardt	This app is not working correctly at all still it is 2024 now and is still not working. I get error screens and screens that just keep loading and never stop loading.
2024-07-12	Setnakt Spears	Pretty basic. Would be awesome if it allowed you to upgrade your personal contact information since the link to do so on the NIPR website is broken and only directs one to the lissensing information. Got to contact someone for the correct link ever single time, very unprofessional and unnecessary. Not a big confidence builder.
2023-05-04	Justin Goss	The app is non-functional. It worked the first time I registered, but every subsequent time I've opened the app, it asks me to re-register again and then spins indefinitely.
2022-11-18	Vivian Sapp Oates	This App is ABSOLUTELY NOT USER FRIENDLY!!! IF, you are not familiar with how this app performs, you will put the wrong information in and your intended information will not be processed properly! Because I did not have the intended information entered, I ended up losing my residential status, and after being an Life Health and Accident Licensed agent since 2013, If I want to continue to be an agent, I will now have to re-take the state board exam!!!
2022-11-05	Kimberly Banks	I logged out of the app and now can't get back into it. The only option is to register, which I'd already done, and entering the emailed verification code just results in the app buffering forever.
2022-08-20	Saida Jeudy	For some reason the app stop working. I uninstalled it and re-installed it. Now after entering the verification code, it's stuck in a loop and never allows me to login and view my licenses.
2022-05-06	Amanda Shaw	I was accidentally logged out of the app. Was not having any luck and after reading the reviews I was feeling hopeless. But after a few days, I was working with Mike in Customer Service, he was able to get me logged back in! I cannot sing his praises enough. He saved my sanity in keeping track of my licenses! Thank you Mike!!!
2022-04-19	J Crit	Not sure who's working on this app but they've given up, I logged out and had to reregister to get back in because there is no login. Also I've attempted 4 times to use the code sent to me but the app just spins, maybe I'll download it again when it becomes an actual useful app. By the way I gave it two stars because the idea was good.

It returns to my life as a great resource to check to see if an appointment or license has been completed Our company operates in over 30 states so i need to know when its clear to work on or contact clients in a particular state.
