Best Meditation App EVER! (I have tried 6!) Totally recommend to get the subscribtion! There are so many different guided meditations for fear, forgiveness, acceptance, muscle relaxation, visualisation, feeling emotions and many more, I am sure you will find your favorites! They are well spoken/explained so you know exactly what you should do and it is just fun and really helpful! You can even choose your background music or only have that as meditation support. Love it!
