I can't get my off line tag notches to sync and give me a report number. My deer processor won't accept a deer without the report number and there is no way to get support for this app.

Barely useful. Having all the regulations in single huge PDF is a HORRIBLE idea. It's a cop out to make develpers' lives easy, but sucks for users. THINK about it! Users are hunting and fishing, and that doesn't always happen where there is a strong signal that allows you to download a gigantic PDF. And the format of the PDF is not phone friendly. STUPID decision and horrible user experience! Do better.
