What a Mess i request Netplus please upgrade/update this app make it more user friendly and option to reset password or forget passwords like basic features i am giving 1 rating becausei cant go below this please improve this app according to new OS Compatible its realese from 2021 now its 4 years why you guys are so irresponsible .

Extremely frustrated with the Net+ Smart Telephony app. The app consistently fails to connect calls, and when it does work, it’s unreliable. Features such as voicemail, call forwarding, call management, and call waiting are completely broken. Additionally, logging into the app is a slow and frustrating experience. I don't understand why Net+ hasn't taken any action to improve or redesign the app with expert resources. If these problems persist, it will certainly affect customer retention.
