Excuse the f@#k out of my ever loving French, but do I get down time for errors when I'm working? No, I perform and execute. Now I have to take more time out of another day to be on hold and deal with subpar telephone agents not fixing issues
2023-11-20	Word Works - Great Falls MT	What a piece of junk. Can't even get registered. The webpage is no longer available to do so. I had to enter my registration information four times, as it keeps saying the password didn't match. Then it tells me I'm already registered and to use my new username and password. When I do, it tells me that my brand new user name and password are invalid. When I request a password reset, no email is sent to my registered address. I've spent 40 minutes just trying to register and use the app.
2023-07-06	Mark Powell	The app is fine. "find a provider" and a provider doesn't even know if they're a provider or how to provide for me if they are, even though they're listed.
2023-06-10	mplsyrp	Worst scam I have ever come across. They do absolutely nothing but run you in circles and take your money.

Switching apps to copy and paste group number, trying to have it interact with my password manager, or looking at it wrong cause the form to clear. I'll use the website to get registered, but I'm not optimistic about the rest of the app given this experience and the other reviews here.
