Obidur Rahman, 2025-01-26I’ve tried activating my Lebara eSIM twice, paying 28.75 SAR each time. After entering my details and completing the payment, the process failed with an error message, but my money was not refunded. I’m not paying for failed attempts—I’m paying for activation. If the process doesn’t go through, where is my money? This is unacceptable and makes me hesitant to try again. Lebara needs to fix this system or offer refunds for failed attempts.
