They then say that I have many cards on record with them, all of which they had verified me on. So I ask for a refund since I can't spend MY money. They charge me to refund me the money they won't let me spend. After verifying my identity while refusing to let my use the card due to not being able to identify me. I will NEVER use this company again. |

Which is crazy, because I don't like Walmart, but at the moment it's free for each of expenditures, free to top up if I do at store, and opening acct charge was free if opened when cashing a check at service desk. |

Then it stopped again. I know its you guys who needs to fix the glitch. It isnt my phone. I now know it works with my info i have saved for it since it worked for those few days. Please fix you guys. |

Don't just say you have the load check online feature just to get more customers. A lot of people get the card to begin with thinking that they can just load a check on this card and you can't. It's obviously not an option in this app it's busted. |
