2025-01-15	Robert Farr	Ultimate Package is a Scam "4 Guest Passes per month". On upgrading Change Membership, repetition of "4 Guest Passes per Month". On using the guest pass, nothing. Receiver of the Guest Pass passcode, you can only visit twice a month, the 4 guest passes cannot be the same person! Such misleading marketing! Had to search Google and get Gemini to find where that is written on The Gym's website to find it! Advertise WHAT IT IS, not what it isn't!
2025-01-15	Tatiana Merkulova	It was good. Now is buggy. Keeps crashing, sending invite codes that never work. There's absolutely noone in the gym or in the support to resolve anything. Bad app, bad service, ever increasing prices for worsening gyms. Do not recommend.

2025-01-04	Jill Powell	Recently joined the gym and just wanted to make a suggestion with the app. It would be good if there was a waiting list option for the classes so that you are notified if someone cancels. As the Gillingham branch is new, it is hard to get on some of the evening classes as there aren't that many running at the moment.
2025-01-02	Ahu Y	The doest display the correct number of people being in the gym. The app shows 10 people,meanwhile it looks like , there are possibly 60 people or more.
