It is useful for simple function, but compared with other gym apps very limited. It shows the gym classes in different location, sends notifications from your main gym, you can use it for personal training. But its usage is very limited. I don't use it except for checking the gym schedule but if you use this gym in several locations, you might end up finding the class cancelled (if it not your main gym). You cannot cancel the membership on app nor expect replies from the office. So I rate 2.
