As some other reviews have said, the only real use this app has is the scanner. Of it weren't for the fact that my friends go to this gym I would immediately change to a competitor. |

| 2023-03-03 |  | | this is the worst app. it has lots of glitches. it gives wrong scores and misleading info at the challenges. This app collects data and sell it the add Sponsors. The winners of any challenge should be revealed so that everyone knows it's genuine. What's the point of points system? When I redeem something, I have to wait 5 months to get it ( are you serious). If you can't keep up with the demand, please shut it down.. |

I used the same credentials but its saying i have an account under a different email address which no longer exists, and was with Steve Nash back in the day. Serious glitch and very inconvenient. Went to club and they didn't know how to fix or resolve the problem. Emailed HQ, but they never got back to me and they have no contact number. Ridiculous.. |

I signed up again this week with the same email, but couldn't access the app. I went to the gym and was told I could either use a different email address or else I was not getting into the app, with no exceptions. I cancelled my membership and signed up at a competitor 3 blocks away. A company of this size really needs to offer a working product. I tried to reach head office for assistance but was told they don't have a phone number. |
| 2022-05-04 |  | | So ... Updates arrive which they would " like us to have ". But the app doesn't work unless you do update. So it's forced on you under circumstances where they make it sound like they are doing us a favor. Further to which the update doesn't work. I will let you dry your own conclusions. |
