It's extremely predatory with lots of hidden fees that make it not worth it. They charge you $60 to start a membership and then $10 to $20 a month depending on your package but they do not tell you about the random reoccurring payments where they charge you an additional $20 to $40 a month and they even charged me $85 one time with the zero explanation and you can't cancel your membership or get any information on this on the app you have to go into the gym to do that.

App is VERY outdated and barely functional. Only use this app to check in. Their MovEos schedule button links to a web page that is not available, the towel service button links to a sales page even though I pay for the service already, the TV audio access app is completely broken and won't even download on newer Android phones, and the whole app is clunky and difficult to navigate.
