The WiFi doesn't work. Spent 2 hours on the phone trying everything, but just doesn't work. Then I called to send back my machine and a new support guy told me that I couldn't because there was a recognised problem with the latest version of the app and it would be fixed in a future release. However, no idea when. So for now you have to do everything manually. Not a very premium experience!

Not sure why I have to give a full name, address, and phone number just to access my coffee machine wirelesslessly, what kind of anti-consumer bs is this data mine diagused as an app, and why is it hiding features I paid for? I paid for the machine already, I shouldn't have to give you all sorts of personal identifying information to use it properly.
