2024-12-20	I'mGrounded	The app is very nice and the statistics are very helpful. The only thing I'm missing is a way to use the app to pay with NFC as paying with Twint can be cumbersome. I also can't use Apple or Google Pay so an alternative would be really appreciated.
2024-11-27	Krzysztof	App has poor quality. It's second time now that I make a transfer, app shows processing payment for some time, then it shows payment successful... And no transfer! Twice this week. Either show error or success if it is really recorded, but not success but actually ignore the payment and screw the customer.
2024-11-26	Captain Tsubus	Very good banking experience, constantly updated. It's my only bank for payments, takes care of all I need. Still needs push notifications for transactions, but I'm sure it'll get there soon. Edit: it's been 4 years and still no push notifications. This is honestly a bit embarrassing.
2024-11-23	Roy A	1. No possibility to disable contactless payment 2. Log-in takes far too long, and often requires Biometric twice 3. Online payments often lack 2-factor authentification. I have experienced dodgy Online travel agencies and airlines ticketing companies can randomly deduct money (I had hellish experience with Opodo automatically deducting money) 4. No personal on weekends. That is on Monday the settlement happens automatically without any opportunity for clients to contact the Bank.

2024-11-01	I'mGrounded	The app is very intuitive and it is very easy to create an account. It's also great that you don't have to pay transaction fees while travelling. One thing I would change is how the way you change the category of a spending in the statistics. It took me solid 5 minutes to figure out that I had to click on the icon on the top banner since I haven't done it before and if there was a tutorial I forgot (which is my fault obv). I think it would be better if it works the same way like the tags.
