Edit: still useless. Every time you log into it even on a different phone, new phone, it just takes you to the website. Notifications for power outages is about non-existence unless you've already submitted one. And it only comes through text Years ago this app used to be great. You could count on it to give you notifications when the power went out. Now most the time it's useless. Always directing us to the main website.

Doesn't have speed pay connected to the app and it doesn't allow you on the app or online to opt out of paper billing once you opt in your pretty much stuck there and would have to call the office and wait on hold just to come up off of it...I don't like being forced to do something one way when the company has other options make the app easier to use and navigate when it comes to paying and opting out of situations we don't no longer need
