Your services are very poor I ordered for a pickup for delivery and made payment only for me to call asigned rider,the rider said he is not available for the immediate delivery, ask me to cancel the order but 20% out of my money will be deducted when refund.

Apparently, this company has shut down, but someone is still running the app and using it to defraud people. I used this app a few times in 2022 and the services were satisfactory. So I decided to use it again. The ordering process was seamless as usual, payment was seamless as usual. But something funny happened after payment, the contact button is not working. 24hrs after placing the order, the order was marked as fulfilled whereas it wasn't. So someone is using this app to defraud people.
