Booked OPD to Dr. Vijay Kumar(Neuru Surgeon) Day 1 Dr wasn't available... Day 2 can't come due to rain... Day 3 Dr wasn't available in the evening.... 3 days gone and my OPD fees was non-refundable(Rs.250)... It won't be a issue to a good earning man... But this small amount can be big amount for someone...(Specially for the labour or vegetables street vendors like persons)...
