every time I log in to Holland and Barrett (even after 5 minutes !!) I lose my basket contents and have to start allover again, it's very frustrating and not user friendly, one star only😭

Straight forward and easy to use app. Have shopped online with H&B many times and never had any problems with ordering, despatch and delivery. Great service all round.
