| 2025-01-27 |  | | I think most of these reviews must be from people overseas. Every year when I try to use this app and I subscribe to League pass. I always face issues. Even though I am a premium league pass subscriber, when I try to watch games it says I need to upgrade. This has been a consistent issue every single time I subscribe. TL;DR: This app steals your money if you sign up for league pass. |

That way, I can see all the games more faster. Hard to keep in tune with the rest of the league that and especially with people that work 12hr shifts daily. Just a thought. |

Streams constantly crash. When starting a stream, it takes me a couple minutes of tapping to expand the window and unmute. The subscription price is awfully high considering the limited content. A lot of the games I want to watch are on ESPN and TNT. I'm paying for steak and only getting potatoes. |

I pay money for this and reddit says pirated games stream better. Why? Update I have uninstalled it and my tv is up to date. Spent a lot of time on reddit and other forums. I guess it just dosent run well on Android TVs. it runs a bit better on my phone but it crashes more. so different problems with different devices. |

If you like paying out the hoo ha for an app that requires you to restart your tv before a game then at halftime (if not more often) to avoid massive buffering issues, this is the app for you. I hardwired my tv as a result of this lousy performance. Still lousy. NBA League pass should sell for 99 cents a season. |

I'd be embarrassed to say this was NBA's official app. Loading takes time. Sometimes game stats are not up to date with the live game. Keep getting disconnected from the live game from time to time. I am constant restarting the app and uninstalling it, which also barely works. Your response about "troubleshooting" means nothing as the app is still horrible, people still are complaining, yet you say the same thing over an over again avoiding fixing the app. This is something that I strongly find important as this is one of the only sources to watch games. Crashes. In the middle of action too. And takes several attempts to reboot. I am paying A LOT for an app to be crashing this consistently. If this was a free app with ads? That'd be one thing. A PREMIUM PAID APP with this level of consistent interruptions? Ridiculous. I cannot recommend this app in its current state. |
| 2024-12-29 |  | | I pay for Spectrum Sportsnet through the app and I'm able to watch all games but since day one I have had problems with the image not being clear sometimes. It flickers for 10 seconds then it stops and the images gets clear. This happens every so often during the game plus there is some static in the audio. It used to be only during commercial break now it's happening during the game. It's hard for me to hear the game. I would really appreciate it if this gets fixed soon! Please help! |
