| 2023-09-05 |  | | Well written app. It does at times get behind and will simply not function. The sketch program is adequate. However as a former 19 year Certified Residential Appraiser, I'm quite familiar with numerous other appraisal sketch programs that are far more user friendly and that are superior. Overall the app has been good. |
