2024-03-21	Mike Gomez	Wow all you people are so uninformed! If you change phones the info has to be added again by your security company. Basically for your protection. Slow to connect? It's going thru the internet based on your cellular radio, 4G or 5G. You have to put your number every time? Of course, unless it's that you want anyone who gets there hands on your phone to disarm your system. It's basically like being in front of your physical keypad. And of course it only works in landscape. It's like your keypad.
2023-12-04	Richard Recupero	It's app is absolutely horrible you can't even reactivate it when you change your phone it's a pretty crummy app. Even when I had it working on my other phone you people really need to improve this thing so disappointed with it it almost wants to make up rip the whole system out and get a whole new system and get a better app with something else

2022-04-05	Robert R	Works well. I usually have the customer set the app to keypad display ONLY which makes it easier for them to use. Customers may also use on multiple locations with the easy to use drop down menu.

2021-11-04	Edward A Milliron	Most Excellent! Hey, Stupid people... it's a SECURITY SYSTEM APP! It's not going to "Run in the background", yes you have to enter your code "every time", so some BOZO can't access your alarm if you misplace your phone. It works just like your keypad does...

2021-07-03	Gary Gottlieb	Horrible app! It is ALWAYS very slow to connect. And now I am getting a message saying cannot connect to alarm altogether. This App has now become useless to me. I would definitely not recommend this!
2020-11-25	David Clement	Works well on both my galaxy s7 and my pixel 4xl once I upgraded my phone. Easily gives me information on where my faulted zones are and easy to arm/disarm on a daily basis from anywhere.
