It used to be super useful, with full control over connections, line, even had a booster. Now is pointless. you can't even manage your account - it just sends you to the website. Only reason you get a star is because I can't put 0

Every time I go into the rewards section it gives me the cookies option menu. Every. Single. Time. This is infuriating and shouldn't be happening. I regard it as a form of harassment to be asking me about cookies every single day after indicating my choice the previous day.

Just unusable now, can't open app, wil not complete latest update. App hangs. Tried to ring support and 3 times they put the phone down as my password and codes were not working.staff didn't seem to understand my issues and said I had to reset my passcode on my phone as I'm my phone lock, tried repeatedly to explain that wasn't the codes/password I was discussing. Poor coverage in my area regarding signal now too. Funny enough tried all that before reviewed doesn't work and don't use FB .

One of it not the worst network in existence. The app is a straight port of their website, lazy. No matter when I use the app there's always some sort of error page or we are making tweaks. Just wanted to top my phone up, but after what feels like the 100th time this nonsense has happened, I'm moving network. 0/5 would never recommend to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Thanks for nothing Vodafone.

Can not contact support via the app if you're using wifi have to call the automated system twice to get correct text link for support why should I keep this app clogging up my phone storage? Read my words and fix it also I was lied to by customer service saying I need credit or minutes to listen to voicemail that is meant to be free in Europe

Makes me log in every single day! This wouldn't be so bad if it was just a password but it's email, password, phone number, who I am, authentication code by text then approve biometrics! It takes bloody ages and is so unnecessary! I've been using the app for years and this is just a problem in the last month or so, I was hoping Vodafone would fix the bug but it's still going. Good competitions, some you get a daily entry so it's worth having but the log in is an absolute pain in the backside.

Just broke one day. Said it was down for maintenance a couple of weeks ago. Told me to sign back in and now it won't send me an SMS to log back in. Used the other number on my account to verify the login but it just stares at me and refuses to login. Edit: In reply to developer response. I don't use social media so this isn't really an answer. Consider utilising something other than social media for speaking to customers. I've emailed the app developer email address on this page instead.

Useless, I am a new vodafone customer but very disappointed that I cannot access the rewards on the app? They talk about getting in touch with customer service if cannot access within 48 but who wants all that hassle just to get access to rewards. Not a great start to my Vodafone contract and will be in my mind when it comes to renewal time.

Cannot use the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as deleting the cache and data. Cannot even access my account using a Web browser either. Absolutely appalling! Not happy! Would not recommend to anyone!

Shows your plan okay I guess, but takes lots of time to load, UI is shocking for one of the best networks. Regular Maintenance means you can't access rewards all the time. They should separate the very me rewards to another app
