The app is still has glitch in loading and no one is ready to correct it but ready to spam you. It is worst behaviour from a reputed company like TVS. The Rating is only "Half Star" or less but unable to mark it. It is privacy invasion. |

I made calls to the customer care. No one received. Manager was dismissive. I felt they have damaged my car but forced to pay even before checking. Finally when my car was delivered I found it was damaged. I called. They said can't do anything now. Asked me to wait 2 days. Using term/condition they will escape. Don't ever use it. |

The color mismatch is glaring, and the paint quality seems not good. It’s very disappointing to see such carelessness, especially when pearl white requires precision to match perfectly. This kind of work shows a lack of professionalism. Even in some place locker is not applied properly. |

It is a 2-year-old car, and none of those issues were present before I sent it for servicing. Filing complaints with the concerned person/team is also very difficult. In the app I am not able to submit my feedback. Kindly look into this matter and resolve these issues immediately. |

TVS is such a big brand, but you can't develop an app. Your website also issues. It doesn't allow me to select a make and model of my car to book a service. Can't you test your software before releasing. Very frustrating. |

| 2024-11-21 |  | | Scammer service , I booked a 360 washing service. The bill displayed on app for 1699 inclusive of the tax . But I got 1999 bill stating that they charged for consumables I asked what consumable for a car wash and they're charging me for the cloth used in car wash . This was insane never in my life i have paid for a cloth for a car wash . Don't book it it's almost always extra they can squeeze from you from the booking amount. The service was poor and low quality |
