I had the app installed a long time ago. I haven't used it in a while. I bought a new membership and tried to view it and update my account. No luck. I redownloaded the app and tried to set up a new account five times and each time I get to a different spot and it doesn't let me go any further. I couldn't make a password, I couldn't scan my card, and I couldn't enter my number. Was never able to set up another account in the app. No functionality.

Just tried to create an account and it will not let me get past password? It won't go past password set up it's useless!! I purchased a package online $99. And it doesn't show on app or online terrible customer service,I recommend going somewhere else,I will be filling a dispute with my credit card company and filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau
