Used to work great, but for the past six months, I haven't been able to login. I've tried uninstall and reinstalling to no avail. I've sent multiple emails with no response. The good news is that they are still charging me! Help please, I've got months of scores I need to input.

Clearly this is a side hustle for someone because there is absolutely zero support provided. I paid for the app via auto renewal and I'm still being promoted to pay when I attempt to login. I have used their website to request assistance three times over the past week and not a word. It gets the job done when you can access it. But customer assistance is nonexistent.

I am having horrible issues with this app. I cannot access my handicap info! When I sign on it tells me I need to pay for membership! My membership is current until Oct. 2024! This has happened to me multiple times. Very frustrating. I will be looking for a different application to maintain my handicap. Ridiculous.

I have cancelled my membership 3 times over the years, and every year my credit card gets charged again. I have to jump through hoops to get a credit. I've asked to remove my data from their database so I don't get charged, and I'm told it has been done - but sure enough, next year, I'd get another charge. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company this time, since CS couldn't/wouldn't/didn't reply to my emails. Watch your credit cards - charging cancelled accounts is a revenue stream

I just noticed that my card was charged 6mos ago. I absolutely never agreed to renew my subscription. They used to deny me access each year until I paid. I didn't notice it this year because I never opened the app. My trust had been completely breached over this and I'm done with Myscorecard. Despite no entries or log-ins, I'm sure they won't refund me. (Watch if or how they respond.)

I renewed this app for 2 years...they deleted my history, No damn response from the service department on why!, I demanded a cancelation and refund. No freaking correspondence, crickets!! Stay away from this app....I will take it up with my CC...but I guess I'll end up eating the subscription.. Good Luck

Renewed my subscription, doesn't let me login. Says to purchase membership, which I already have. Emailed them my concerns and no answer at all,not even an automated one. Probably the worst app I ever used. Purchase this app if you hate money. WHAT A WASTE!!

Accidentally double paid for annual membership & now they won't respond regarding a credit or even to extend for another year. Minus 5 stars do not do business with these people. Mobile app sucks & I think they are on the verge of going out of business. Next call is to the BBB in Santa Monica to file a complaint. Absolutely ridiculous

Really upset about not being able to log in after renewal. I sent a copy of the transaction and within a day they resolved the issue. So I am rating them four stars. Next time maybe five.

So if you are set to auto renewal from app store or play store and using different email address then app or play store, you account won't recognize the changes. Original changes were made via app, and now they are by play store so it is not recognizing them. One star until they fix the issue.
