Free trial? Umm, NO.... SCAM!! My card was charged immediately, then charged weekly. There wasn't anyone to get ahold of to find out why I was being charged. I probably used the app once since it couldn't identify any of the common household plants I have. Almost two months later, it popped up that I have a receipt for my weekly subscription!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Rhonda Szabo-Ingram, 2025-01-27I cancelled my subscription with enough time. My account shows the feature to reactivate. It shows I need a subscription to proceed. Yet my card was charged 49.99 plus the international fee. This is a scam they keep taking your money even after you cancel. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. THEN LEAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM IN THE APP. If there was a way to share the screen shots I would.
