I wasted half an hour frustratingly failing to order food on this appalling app. It's business 101 that new customers are priceless. At this crucial point you can make them permanent, or ensure they never return. This app does the latter. If I were a shareholder, I'd be furious at the marketing department. Didn't they test it? Evidently they don't read the reviews. |
