| 2025-01-02 |  | | Really enjoyed using this app for the past few years. Had surgery and was out of action for several months. Got a new phone, downloaded the app again. All my old data was there. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to add new scores. No matter which route I try, as soon as I go to add a score the app flashes constantly with "suggesting courses" but does not get past this stage. No matter how long I wait. Please help! |

I gave it 4 stars because the app freezes sometimes so I have to restart my phone. I have noticed at my local golf Course Abbey Hill there are score cards on this site which has the score index on the wrong holes and a par 70 which it should be a par 71 . |

The scores should be held on non-volatile memory to avoid loss on app crashes. I emailed the support address but got a reply saying that they were too busy playing to address my support ticket! Great! |
| 2022-11-28 |  | | The app is very good, but the issue I have is when email or message them they never get back at all, also I was issued 2 cards with two whs handicap index scores both wrong and now my indexes are all over the place, my actual handicap index is 21.5 but they have it 13.6 and I know I'm not that good, I've asked for a call to sort it but no reply or call. The course handicap is inflated 5-6 strokes, giving a false impression that my net score is better than it really is. I thought some of my course handicaps were off, so I verified on the USGA site and my hunch was correct. For example , as a 17 handicap, on a par 70 course with a 65.6 rating and 110 slope, this app says my course handicap is 17. USGA says 12. |

Entering a new course not in the system is a bit long winded and there is a bug which doesn't allow you to change the handicap in a hole if you make an error. Minor point, default green option is hit which isn't helpful. |

| 2021-09-13 |  | | Several times now I have been on the course and the app crashes meaning I lose mine and partners scores. This is really frustrating as this could be an awesome app but needs a fix. I use the Samsung s9 so I don't know if it's a compatible issue or not |
