Myntra does not do the necessary quality checks before dispatching the products and then they say the product is not refundable. This is not a 1 time issue I had. For the last 3 products I have had this issue. They even marked a product as delivered even though it wasn't delivered. I have lost 2-3k because of this. |

And then when you want to return a product because it's no where close to the picture shown on the app, they will put your return on hold saying that the product you are returning didn't pass quality check because it looks different. Mind = blown!!! Full of cheats are running this company I'm not able to return an item because of this!! |

Shipment was also completed and delivery was tomorrow. So I went to check it. But when I saw it was cancelled and what, the reason was not given. If you are unable to provide goods that are on sale then don't put it on sale It was the worst experience on online platform. |

I have ordered a saree which is exact in colour but the fabric is not good it required continue ironing, so I decided to return but when I reached to myntra the order status still showing 'out for delivery' and when I tried to reach out to them it's become too difficult. My return was due for pick by yesterday and I even emailed them my grievance to which they never responded. I was a loyal customer which they just lost. I'm uninstalling this app and also asking my friends and family to do so Edit: thank you myntra for solving my issue. Going to give you a chance more and going to keep shopping with you! |

The complaint is not resolved even after a week, I'm still getting the same update to wait for 2 days repeatedly when I reach out to customer care. Also why was the section to look for more products of same color or brand removed from bottom section of a product page. Now it's replaced with endless useless suggestions. |
